Do your body a favor

Have a beer!  This article lists 10 health benefits of the frothy beverage.  Moderation, however, is the key.  Most of the studies listed seem to use 2 beers per day for men and 1 for women as the general rule of thumb.  It turns out the key to good health has been in your refrigerator all along.  Go get it!
