"Bar"bucks?

Fox 5 San Diego ran this piece yesterday on Starbucks adding beer and wine to their menu.  It features Karl Strauss's Paul Segura theorizing on the placement of local craft beer on the mega-chain's regular lineup.  The addition of the libations is meant to boost evening traffic and diversify their offerings.  The alcoholic addition is currently scheduled for 6 San Diego locations by the end of the year.  I'm all for it, but the reaction of locals has been mixed.  Should Starbucks stick to coffee, or does this seem like a natural progression for the beverage giant?  Only time will tell.
