What do you drink when you are sick?

Usually when you are sick you lose your appetite in general, let alone your appetite for a good beer. For some reason, though, when I am sick I crave a nice barleywine. The rich malt sooths the stomach, while the higher alcohol content dulls the aches and pains. Do you crave something when you are sick, or does the idea of alcohol make you want to run away screaming?
